Back in June, people in Colchester (well, the groovy ones, anyway) were looking forward to a rare visit by the maestro himself: Damo Suzuki.  On hearing the news that the venue had closed down at the eleventh hour, it seemed that we had missed our chance.  All was not lost!  Here at the Jackdaw's Nest, we hatched a plan and teamed-up with the promoters, Wildwood Vinyl Club, to re-locate Damo to The Arena.
And a cracking gig it was too!
